It is worth attending for women already enrolled in the AESA Academy for Women Leaders, since it is the 2026-27 cohort's opening in-person meeting and pairs leadership sessions and facilitated discussion with time among peers. Anyone outside the Academy would get little from it, as it is built around the enrolled cohort, and even enrolled participants must sign up for it on their own.
Educational leaders at professional development meetings usually wear business casual, such as slacks, blouses or knit tops and blazers, which suits a downtown Louisville hotel.
