AAPEX represents the automotive aftermarket industry, which organizers describe as a global market worth more than $2.3 trillion. Only business representatives of the automotive aftermarket industry may register, and all registrants are subject to review and approval by event management. The 2026 edition adds a new partnership with the Preventative Automotive Maintenance Association (PAMA), introducing an enhanced Oil & Lube section branded iFLEX at AAPEX. The show also features celebrity guest appearances, including Mia Hamm, Grant Hill, Jimmie Johnson, Randy Johnson, and Barry Sanders, with at least one appearance scheduled each full day and as many as four on the final day.
