Acton Children's Business Fair 2026

The fair takes place at The Stix Icehouse in McKinney, Texas.

The audience includes young entrepreneurs presenting businesses and customers visiting the marketplace.

The organizer describes it as North America's largest entrepreneurship event for kids.

Children participate as entrepreneurs, presenting products or services, while customers visit the marketplace.

It is most worthwhile for families with children aged 5 to 17 who want to launch a small product or service and sell it to real customers at a one-day marketplace at The Stix Icehouse. Local shoppers looking to support young entrepreneurs will find it a short, low-commitment outing; adults looking for industry networking or professional content would get little from it, as the event centers on children's own businesses.

Families at children's markets usually wear casual, comfortable clothes, and young vendors often dress a little neater or wear a shirt matching their brand. December in McKinney, Texas can be mild or chilly, so a light jacket is sensible.
