Acton Children's Business Fair Pearland, Texas 2026

The fair is held at Bay Area Farmer's Market in Friendswood, Texas.

The fair is aimed at young entrepreneurs, with children ages 4 to 14 invited to apply, and customers visiting the marketplace.

It is worth attending for families of children aged 4 to 14 who want to try building a brand, making a product and selling it to real customers in a one-day marketplace. It is a youth entrepreneurship event backed by Acton Academy schools and a fair format that began in 2007, so adults seeking professional networking or business-to-business contacts would get little from it.

Young vendors and families at children's markets usually wear casual, comfortable clothing, often with a neat shirt or a themed apron for the booth. The fair is at a farmer's market in Texas in November, so light layers and sturdy shoes suit the setting.
