It was most useful for clinicians and researchers who already work in or are moving toward restorative reproductive medicine, since the faculty was billed as covering varicocele embolisation, male factor infertility, fertility preservation and pregnancy loss, with speakers from Universidad de Navarra, University of Padova and University of the Andes. Options for in-person, live online and recorded CME attendance, plus pre-conference courses on Oct 7-8, suited those who could not travel to Orlando; the 2025 edition drew 300+ professionals from 61 countries, so it was a specialist gathering rather than a large general fertility meeting, and clinicians outside this approach to infertility would have gotten less from it.

Attendees at clinical medical congresses in the US usually wear business casual, such as slacks or skirts with a collared shirt or blouse, with a jacket or cardigan since hotel ballrooms run cold.
