Annual SD Corn Conference 2027

The conference takes place at the Sioux Falls Convention Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The published information says morning and afternoon sessions are free, with lunch included for those who pre-register.

It is worth it for South Dakota corn growers, who get free sessions with lunch (with pre-registration) and talks by nationally recognized experts on weather and market trends, which bear directly on planting and marketing decisions. The sponsor list is full of ethanol plants, seed companies, banks, and farm lenders such as POET, Pioneer Corteva, and Farm Credit Services of America, so it suits growers who want to meet those contacts in one room; people outside corn production or outside the region would find little specific to them.

Mid-January in Sioux Falls is very cold, so a heavy coat and boots are standard for the walk in from the parking lot.
