About

ARFTG (Automatic Radio Frequency Techniques Group) is a US charitable organization established in 1972 that fosters the development of RF and microwave measurement techniques. The group holds two conferences each year: a winter symposium co-located with Radio & Wireless Week and a spring conference held alongside the IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS). ARFTG cooperates with IEEE and MTT-S as a verified partner organization, and papers submitted, accepted, and presented at its conferences are published in IEEE Xplore. The group is governed by a 15-member Executive Committee elected to three-year terms; Patrick Roblin of Ohio State University currently serves as President.
