Arizona Women's Initiative Network Annual Conference 2026

The conference is at Harrah's Ak-Chin in Maricopa, Arizona.

The conference brings together women leaders and allies from across public safety.

It is most useful for sworn and civilian women in policing and related public safety agencies who are moving into supervisory or command roles, since the gathering is built around women leaders and their allies and is hosted by the Maricopa Police Department. The added Day Zero Training on October 13 gives extra value to those who want hands-on skills rather than only sessions, while professionals outside public safety would find the focus narrow.

Attendees from public safety usually wear business casual or business professional, and many sworn officers attend in uniform or a dress uniform on formal days. Training sessions such as Day Zero often call for more practical, comfortable clothing, and a light layer helps with air-conditioned resort rooms in Arizona.
