Questions people ask
4 answeredASBA National Conference 2026 runs October 1–3, 2026.
ASBA National Conference 2026 is held in Denver, Colorado, at Halcyon Hotel, Cherry Creek.
It is most useful for botanical artists and ASBA members who want instruction from working practitioners, since the speaker list is over twenty independent artist-instructors such as Wendy Hollender, Lara Call Gastinger and Carol Woodin, with pre- and post-conference sessions around the main three days. Denver Botanic Garden as official sponsor fits the subject, but collectors, buyers or scientists wanting a trade show or research program would get less, and travellers should budget for the $298 nightly hotel rate and valet-only parking.
Artists at botanical art conferences usually wear relaxed business casual or smart casual, with comfortable layers and shoes for long sessions and any garden visits.
