ASCII Edge - MSP Conference 2026

It was held at Grand Hyatt San Antonio Riverwalk, 600 E Market St., San Antonio, TX 78205.

Managed service providers, including ASCII members and partners, were the intended attendees.

It was most useful for owners and managers of small and mid-sized managed service providers, since the audience was ASCII members and partners and the stated focus was peer insight and growing an MSP in the era of AI. Speakers such as Wayne Hunter of AvTek Solutions Inc. and Joe Rojas of Start Grow Manage came from within the ASCII community, so the talks leaned toward peer-shared operating experience; MSPs outside that community, or buyers wanting a large vendor show, would likely have gotten less from a two-day event.

Attendees at MSP and IT channel conferences usually wear business casual, such as collared shirts or polos and chinos, with company-branded shirts common. The San Antonio Riverwalk setting in October is warm, so light fabrics suited the hotel venue.
