Assembly of Delegates (AOD) 2026

The assembly comprises up to 250 delegates from NAA's ten regions.

AOD 2026 is held at Loews Kansas City Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri.

Attendees include NAA and NAAEI boards, committees, task forces, and incoming volunteer leaders.

It is worth the trip mainly for people who hold a volunteer seat on an NAA or NAAEI board, committee or task force, since those groups all convene at this meeting and the incoming volunteer leaders take office there. Property managers, suppliers and other apartment industry professionals without a governance role would get less from it, because it is a business meeting for up to 250 delegates from ten regions rather than an open trade show or education event.

Attendees at association governance meetings like this usually wear business casual to business professional, with suits or blazers for formal sessions and the leadership installation.
