About
The Automotive Recyclers Association of New York organizes the event, also referred to as the ARNE Summit & Expo, bringing together leading recyclers from the entire Northeast Region. It gathers recyclers from the Northeastern U.S. and Canada alongside industry vendors exhibiting on the Expo floor. Sponsorship is structured across Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers, an ARNE Friends level, and a separate show partners category, alongside a dedicated exhibitor and sponsor registration path. The convention has rotated among venues in recent years, including Turning Stone Resort & Casino in 2024, the Hilton Albany in 2025, and the Albany Capitol Center in 2023.

It is a good fit for auto salvage yard owners and managers in the Northeast and Canada who want face time with regional peers and suppliers in one weekend, since the audience is drawn from that area and vendors show products on the exhibit floor. Hundreds attended the 2024 edition, so it is a regional trade gathering rather than a national show; recyclers outside the Northeast, or vendors wanting a nationwide buyer pool, will get less from it.
Attendees at auto recycling conventions usually wear business casual, such as collared shirts and slacks or jeans, with a jacket or nicer outfit for any evening function.
