Backstage Event 2026 was held in Green Bay, WI.
The event is for professional women seeking leadership development.
It suited professional women in the Green Bay area who wanted leadership development as a lead-in to the next day's Women's Leadership Conference, with Nikki Miller scheduled to give the backstage keynote and Andrea Andree and Linda Grizely among the scheduled breakout speakers. As a one-day pre-conference event run by New Sage Strategies, it was best for those attending the full conference; people wanting the main keynotes by Judi Holler and Jamar Jones would have needed the October 7 day instead.
Attendees at professional women's leadership events usually wear business casual or business professional, such as dresses, blazers or slacks with a blouse, and a layer for October in Wisconsin.
