The organizer lists educators, parents and guardians, students, and administrators as audiences.
It is most useful for teachers and gifted-program coordinators, especially in Colorado, who want practical classroom ideas, since the four 2-hour workshops cover math warm-ups, using LEGO for affective needs, gifted writers and identifying 2e students. Parents of gifted children can also pick up useful material, though those seeking research-heavy or policy-level sessions will find the workshop-based format more hands-on than academic.
Educators at a hotel-based education conference usually wear business casual, such as slacks or skirts with a blouse or collared shirt, plus a layer for cool Colorado October weather.
