It suited CIOs and CISOs at large companies in the Charlotte region who wanted candid peer conversation, since it was a single evening dinner with facilitated discussion and an agenda shaped by co-chairs from Pike Corporation and T.Y. Lin International. Vendors, leaders at smaller firms and junior IT managers would have gotten less, since applicants were vetted and membership was aimed at big private-sector organizations.
