Child Care Success Summit 2026

It was held in Arlington, TX.

The summit was aimed at child care and ECE business owners.

It was most useful for child care and ECE owners who run their own centers and struggle with staff turnover, enrollment and administrative overload, since the program was aimed at those problems and hosted by Jennifer Conner, who has worked with hundreds of ECE owners. Directors employed by larger chains, teachers, or anyone seeking licensing-credential training or a large exhibit hall would have gotten less, as the focus was on owner-level business systems and income growth over Oct 8-10 in Arlington, TX.

Attendees at small-business owner events in the child care field usually wear business casual or neat casual, such as slacks, polos and comfortable tops. Early October in the Dallas area is often warm, so lighter clothing with a sweater for the meeting room works well.
