Colonial Veterinary Conference 2026

It takes place at The Founders Inn and Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

It is most useful for practicing veterinarians and licensed technicians in Virginia and nearby states who want a regional continuing education meeting, since the faculty includes an ophthalmology specialist from Animal Vision Center of Virginia, a pain and hospice practitioner, a licensed veterinary technician and a speaker on veterinary health programs. Vendors hoping to reach large corporate buyers will find less here, because the listed sponsors are mostly herbal education, media and local referral businesses such as Coastal Animal Referral Emergency.

Veterinary conferences are usually business casual, with slacks or khakis, a polo or sweater, and comfortable shoes. The coastal Virginia Beach resort setting in October suggests a light jacket for evenings.
