CultureCon West 2026

CultureCon West 2026 is held at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

It is for anyone who leads people, supports people, or champions culture from any seat in the organization.

It is most useful for HR leaders, people managers and culture owners who want a focused organizational-culture program, since attendees receive a Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership and SHRM and HRCI credits are offered per the roster. Speakers such as Miriam Warren of Yelp and Eliza Jackson of ButcherBox bring operator perspectives, but those who need deep technical HR or compliance content would find the culture focus narrow.

HR and culture conferences usually call for business casual, and a Las Vegas resort setting tends to push it relaxed, with comfortable shoes for the walking between venues.
