Electrical Maintenance 2026

It is held at the IAA training room, 9000 Keystone Crossing, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46240, or online via Zoom.

The registration cost is $200.

Apartment maintenance technicians and multifamily maintenance professionals are the stated audience.

It is most useful for apartment maintenance technicians who need a grounding in electrical work, especially on appliances and HVAC, and for those working toward the CAMT, since this class is one part of that series. Experienced electricians would get less from it, as the three-hour session is taught by an instructor with 13 years of multifamily maintenance experience and aims at a foundation, not advanced trade work; the $200 fee is also a fair amount for a half-day class, though the hybrid option avoids travel to Indianapolis.

Maintenance technicians at a classroom training usually wear work clothes such as clean work pants and a company shirt or polo, with closed-toe shoes the norm.
