FCOM 2026 takes place at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Conference Center in Orlando, Florida.

The organizer identifies specialists, healthcare leaders, industry partners, residents, fellows, and peers as part of the meeting’s audience.

It is most useful for Florida ENT physicians, along with facial plastics, audiology, allergy and sleep specialists, because the meeting covers those specialties together and includes hands-on workshops, with residents and fellows also in attendance. Physicians outside Florida or outside these specialties would find a state society meeting less relevant than a national otolaryngology congress.

Clinicians at medical society meetings usually wear business casual, such as slacks, collared shirts or blouses, and a light jacket for cool meeting rooms, with smart resort casual for evening events at the Orlando resort.
