Grace Hopper Celebration 2026

The 2026 celebration is at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

The organizer describes its intended audience as skilled professionals, emerging leaders, and people shaping the future of technology.

It is most useful for women and other technologists early to mid career who want recruiting contact and a large community, since the organizer is AnitaB.org and the audience is described as emerging leaders and skilled professionals. Speakers such as Kara Swisher, Michelle Zatlyn and Baratunde Thurston give the program a broad industry profile; senior specialists wanting deep technical sessions in a narrow field may find it more general than a specialist conference.

Attendees at large tech conferences usually wear business casual or smart casual, and those interviewing with employers often dress a step up, in blazers or neat separates. The Anaheim Convention Center involves long days on foot, so comfortable shoes matter, and Southern California weather in late October is warm.
