It is most useful for MCAA chapter executives and contractor leaders who administer industry improvement funds, since the program covers allowed uses from education to collective bargaining and PAC events, with attorneys and labor-trend specialists among the speakers. Roundtables where participants compare programs from around the country give it a practical focus; contractors with no involvement in fund administration or association work would get less from it.
Construction and mechanical contractor association meetings usually call for business casual, such as slacks and collared shirts, and a Florida resort in early December is warm with a light layer for evenings.
