LEAD Conference 2026 took place October 7–8, 2026.
LEAD Conference 2026 was held at The Park Event Center in Waite Park, Minnesota.
The organizer identified emerging community bank professionals as attendees.
It suits early-career and emerging leaders at Minnesota community banks who want leadership skills and a peer network, since the program targets emerging community bank professionals and is run by the state bankers' association. Senior executives and bankers outside Minnesota would get less from it, as the focus is developing newer talent alongside peers from across Minnesota.
Community bankers at state association events usually wear business casual, such as slacks and collared shirts or blouses, with blazers for speakers.
