Missouri Mental Health Counselors Association Annual Conference 2026

The Friday dinner session with sex therapist Angela Skurtu on talking with clients about intimacy and desire was scheduled as a specific clinical draw; counselors outside Missouri, or those seeking a large national research program, would have gotten less from it.

Counselors at state association conferences usually wear business casual, and a lakeside golf resort in late October called for relaxed layers and comfortable shoes for walking between sessions and evening events.
