NAYS Youth Sports Congress 2026

The 2026 congress takes place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

The audience includes youth sports administrators from recreation agencies, community groups, military installations, volunteer organizations, and private companies working with children.

It suits park and recreation staff, league and nonprofit administrators, and others who run youth programs, since the Congress is built for youth sports administrators and includes a path to maintain or earn the Certified Youth Sports Administrator credential. Admission also covers the whole Athletic Business Show, which adds exhibit-floor and facility-side content for those who buy equipment or manage venues; coaches or parents without an administrative role, and anyone not interested in the credential, would get less from it.

Attendees at recreation and youth sports administration events usually wear business casual or polo shirts with khakis, often with comfortable shoes for long days on a large convention center floor like the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
