Business aviation flight department leaders and managers.
It was most useful for managers and leaders of business aviation flight departments who were newly responsible for people and wanted practice in how they communicate, make decisions and handle performance, since the course was run as a hands-on working session and not a lecture. Pilots or technicians with no supervisory duties, and anyone after technical or regulatory updates, would have gotten less from it, because the content was about leadership skills and the two-day format at $1,350 was built around interaction.
Business aviation managers at professional development courses usually wear business casual, such as slacks and a collared shirt or blazer.
