NCSSA Convention & Trade Show 2026

It takes place at Grandover Resort and Spa in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The organizer lists NCSSA members, non-members, golfers, and exhibitors as participant categories.

It is most useful for self storage owners and operators who want to meet builders, insurers, management firms and software vendors in one room, since the sponsor list includes Metrolina Builders, SBS Construction, Johnson Insurance and StoragePug. People from outside self storage, or vendors hoping for a national-scale buyer pool, would find it narrow, as it is a state association event with a resort golf option on the Sunday before.

Attendees at state self storage conventions usually wear business casual, with polos or button-downs on the trade show floor, and golf attire for those playing the tee times.
