The 2026 summit takes place at Sonesta Nashville Airport in Nashville, Tennessee.
Attendees include supplier partners, distributor partners, and NDC's sales team.
It is most useful for supplier and distributor partners of NDC who need face-to-face time with its sales team, since the format uses structured meeting rotations to discuss territory strategies and contract opportunities. It is a closed channel planning forum with NDC executives presenting company priorities, so anyone outside NDC's partner network, or those wanting open industry education, would get little from it.
Attendees at channel partner planning meetings usually wear business casual, such as slacks and a collared shirt or polo, often with a company logo.
