PAHRA Annual Conference 2026

The 2026 conference is at Skytop Lodge in Skytop, Pennsylvania.

The published audience description identifies industry professionals.

It is most useful for staff and board members of Pennsylvania housing authorities, redevelopment authorities and community development agencies, since the program offers 30 concurrent sessions, an awards presentation recognizing peer projects, and a banquet, all within a statewide association of those agencies. Professionals outside Pennsylvania or outside housing and redevelopment would get less from it, and the mountain lodge setting and theme party make it as much a networking retreat as a training event.

Attendees at state housing association conferences usually wear business casual for sessions, with dressier outfits for the Presidential Banquet and awards. The Epic Eighties theme party invites casual retro outfits for those who want to join in, and layers suit the Pocono Mountains in mid-October.
