The 2027 Summit is held in Denver, Colorado.
The event is open to the public, and the organizer invites government and industry officials.
It is worth it for growers, shippers and processors who want industry-wide market and policy context, since speakers and sponsors span state potato commissions and associations (Idaho, Colorado, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina) alongside suppliers such as Deere & Company and J.R. Simplot.
Potato growers and ag industry attendees usually dress in business casual, such as pressed jeans or slacks with collared shirts and sometimes a sport coat, and Denver in early January calls for a warm coat and boots.
