The 2026 exhibit hall runs August 30–September 1, 2026, closing a day ahead of the full conference on September 2. At the prior edition in Chicago in 2025, exhibitors filled approximately 250,000 square feet of exhibit hall space, the largest exhibit floor in nearly two decades. APWA has announced PWX will move to Phoenix, Arizona in 2027, Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2028, and Baltimore, Maryland in 2029.
