The event takes place at Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville in Asheville, North Carolina.
The published audience includes veterinarians, technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
It suits practising veterinarians and their technicians and support staff who want regional continuing education in a resort setting, since the faculty includes board-certified clinicians such as Zenithson Ng and Jeff Mayo along with Elise Littleton, a technician-credentialed emergency and CPR instructor. Specialists seeking deep research content or a large exhibit hall would get less from it, as the sponsor list is short and the audience is mainly general practice teams.
Veterinary CE attendees usually wear business casual or neat casual clothing, with layers for Asheville's cool autumn mountain weather.
