SUSAR Conference 2026

The 2026 conference is at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida.

The listed audiences include task force leaders, program managers, organizational leadership, and US&R personnel.

It is most useful for US&R task force leaders, program managers and organizational leadership, since those are the listed attendees and the sponsor list is heavy with rescue equipment makers such as Holmatro, Hurst Jaws of Life and CMC Rescue. Those outside technical rescue would get less, as the sponsors and audience are narrowly tied to urban search and rescue.

Attendees at urban search and rescue meetings usually wear business casual or team polos and station shirts, in light layers for an Orlando hotel.
