Southwest Buildings & Facilities Management Show & Conference 2026

SWBFM 2026 takes place at the Phoenix Convention Center, South Building, in Phoenix, Arizona.

The organizer lists sectors including developers, property management, data centers, retail, industrial, education, government, healthcare, and hospitality.

It is most useful for facility managers and purchasing staff at hospitals, schools, hotels, property management firms and government bodies in the Southwest, since the expo lists over 175 exhibitors of maintenance, operations and renovation products. Buyers who need national-scale sourcing or deep technical education will find a regional show of this size less comprehensive than a large national facilities expo.

Facility managers and vendors at building and maintenance expos usually wear business casual, with polos or button-downs and slacks, and exhibitors often wear company-branded shirts. Comfortable shoes suit a full day on the Phoenix Convention Center floor, and the hall is often air-conditioned enough to justify a light layer despite the desert heat.

The organizer says the 2026 event will feature over 175 companies; an attendee count is not available in the supplied facts.
