TACERA Fall Conference 2026

The conference takes place at Waco Convention Center in Waco, Texas.

The stated audience includes county road engineers, administrators, staff, and county commissioners.

It is most useful for county road engineers, administrators, their staff and county commissioners in Texas, since the conference brings those groups together in one place and the sponsor list, from a $5,000 Conference Sponsor down to a $200 Innovation Showcase, points to a modest vendor presence aimed at county buyers. Vendors wanting a large national buyer pool, and engineers from outside Texas counties, would get less from it, given the regional association format in Waco with two hotels as the lodging base.

County officials and road engineers at Texas association conferences usually wear business casual, with pressed slacks or jeans, collared shirts and boots common, and polos with a logo for vendors.
