The 2026 conference is at Embassy Suites by Hilton Amarillo Downtown in Amarillo, Texas.

The organizer lists city representatives, downtown and Main Street programs, economic development professionals, chamber staff, nonprofit leaders, small business owners, and entrepreneur consultants among attendees.

It is most useful for Main Street program managers, city staff, economic development professionals and chamber staff who work on downtown revitalization, since it calls itself the sole statewide gathering on the topic and its 300+ attendees come from cities of every size. Professionals outside Texas, or those focused on suburban or national real estate issues, would get less, since the mobile tours and breakouts center on Texas downtowns.

Attendees at downtown and Main Street gatherings usually dress business casual, such as slacks, polos or blouses, with comfortable walking shoes for mobile tours. Amarillo in early November can turn cool and windy, so a jacket is useful.
