Questions people ask
5 answeredThe summit is scheduled for December 9–10, 2026.
The 2026 summit takes place at Springfield Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield, Missouri.
The organizer identifies excavators, utilities, contractors, regulators, and responsible parties among its audience groups.
It is most useful for excavators, contractors, utility staff and regulators in Missouri, since the summit centres on underground utility damage prevention and draws those groups together in one place. Professionals outside the state or outside excavation and utility work would get less from a two-day regional safety event at the Springfield Ozark Empire Fairgrounds.
Attendees at excavation and utility safety events usually wear work-casual clothing such as jeans, boots or collared shirts, and some arrive in company-branded gear; early December in Springfield calls for warm layers.
