The 2026 event is at Sunseeker Resort in Punta Gorda, Florida.
The stated audience includes senior executives, sport rights holders, Olympic NGBs, destinations and suppliers.
It is most useful for destination representatives and event rights holders, including national governing bodies, who want face-to-face time with one another, since the attendee base is senior executives from rights holders, destinations and suppliers. Suppliers can meet decision-makers in a single place, while those working in professional or entertainment sports rather than amateur sport and sports events would find fewer relevant peers.
Sports event executives usually wear business casual, such as collared shirts and slacks or sundresses, and resort settings in Florida in December call for relaxed, warm-weather clothing.
