Vertical MRO Conference 2026

The 2026 conference takes place at Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas.

The organizer lists maintenance managers, directors, technicians, engineers, purchasing managers, safety personnel, suppliers, manufacturers, regulators, and students or aspiring maintenance professionals.

It is most useful for rotorcraft maintenance managers, directors of maintenance, technicians and safety staff, since the focus is helicopter maintenance, regulations and cost management, and regulators, suppliers and manufacturers are among the attendees. Operators of fixed-wing fleets or those outside maintenance would get less from it, although students and apprentices are listed among attendees and can learn from the specialist focus.

Attendees at aviation maintenance conferences usually wear business casual, such as collared shirts, often with company logos, and closed comfortable shoes.
