Voter Registrars Association of Virginia Annual Conference 2026

The 2026 conference is at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center in Roanoke, Virginia.

The organizer lists VRAV members and vendor representatives as attendees.

It is most useful for Virginia general registrars and election office staff, since the association has 350 members serving 133 counties and cities, and the event exists to provide education and training for them. Vendor representatives also attend, so election technology suppliers can meet local buyers, but people outside Virginia election administration would get little from a state association meeting at The Hotel Roanoke.

Government and election administrators at state association conferences usually wear business casual to business professional, with vendors often in suits or blazers.
