The 2027 conclave takes place at Chicago Marriott Magnificent Mile in Chicago, Illinois.
The organizer lists chapter presidents, vice presidents responsible for brotherhood, recruitment or member education, chapter counselors, and regional and district chiefs.
It is most useful for Beta Theta Pi chapter presidents and other chapter officers, since it combines three leadership programs in one weekend and is aimed at presidents, vice presidents, counselors and regional chiefs. Members outside officer roles, or non-Beta readers, would get less from a fraternity leadership training weekend.
Fraternity leadership conferences usually call for business casual, with collared shirts and slacks, and a jacket and tie often appearing at formal sessions or dinners. Chicago in January is very cold, so a heavy coat, gloves and warm layers are needed even between nearby hotel and venue.
