World Softball Coaches Convention 2027

The organizer reports that the convention annually attracts more than 1,000 coaches and players.

The 2027 convention is at Mohegan Sun Resort Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut.

The organizer lists softball coaches, softball players, and coaching staff as audience groups.

It is most useful for softball coaches and coaching staff who want clinic sessions from well-known college coaches, since speakers include Patrick Murphy, Mike White and Ken Eriksen, and registration includes lifetime video access to the sessions. Coaches in other sports, or those wanting a small workshop, would get less from a gathering of over 1,000 coaches and players with more than 75 exhibitors, which suits equipment shopping and networking more than deep individual instruction.

Coaches at softball clinics usually wear athletic and team apparel, such as team jackets, polos, joggers or quarter-zips with sneakers. Connecticut in January is cold, so a warm coat helps outside the resort, while the indoor sessions are comfortable in layers.
