5 answeredCabe Capss Convention 2026 starts on November 20, 2026.
The 2026 convention takes place at Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, Connecticut.
The organizer identifies Connecticut board of education members and superintendents as attendees.
It is worth attending for Connecticut school board members and superintendents, since the day is built from general sessions and workshops aimed squarely at those two groups and gives them time with school leaders from around the state. Educators or vendors from outside Connecticut would get less, as the content and audience are tied to state-level district governance and leadership.
School board members and superintendents at state education conventions usually wear business attire or business casual, such as suits, blazers and dress slacks. The hotel setting at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa suits the same dress, with a layer for a coastal Connecticut November.
