Carolina HR Summit 2026

The event page reported more than 250 attendees for the previous year's event.

It was held at The Carolina Theatre, 230 N Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202.

HR professionals and business leaders across the Carolinas were the intended attendees.

It suits HR professionals and leaders in the Carolinas who want a half-formal, regional day, since it had a panel of senior HR executives, themes such as AI in the workplace and workforce planning, and an awards segment, with 250+ reported attendees. HR specialists seeking deep technical training or a national vendor floor will get less, as it was a single-day event hosted by a recruiting firm with two named speakers.

HR professionals at a summit and awards event in a city theatre usually wear business professional or sharp business casual, since awards are presented live.
