The 2026 conference takes place at Webster Civic Center in Webster, Texas.
The organizer describes the audience as water professionals, industry peers, and colleagues.
It is most useful for water and wastewater professionals in Texas who work on sewer collection systems or odor and corrosion control, since it is produced by two WEAT committees dedicated to those topics. People outside the Texas water sector, or those wanting a broad national water show, would get less from it, because it is a two-day specialty event at the Webster Civic Center.
Attendees at water utility association conferences usually wear business casual, such as polos or button-downs with slacks, and utility staff often wear company shirts.
