The 2026 conference is in Lexington, Kentucky.
The intended audience includes women working in dairy, from farm and business roles to veterinary, research, marketing, and processing work.
The organizer describes the gathering as bringing together hundreds of dairywomen.
It is most useful for women working in dairy who want a national peer group, since the conference is biennial, draws hundreds of dairywomen, and is open to roles from the farm to veterinary medicine, research, marketing and processing. Attendees who want deep technical content on herd nutrition, genetics or processing equipment would get less from it, because the stated focus is leadership development and connection rather than a single technical specialty.
Dairy industry conferences are usually business casual, with neat jeans or slacks and a blouse or blazer, and comfortable shoes for three days of sessions in Lexington in late October.
