EDI Leadership Summit 2026

The 2026 summit takes place at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali, in Lahaina, Hawaii.

The organizer identifies legal professionals, industry leaders, and federal judges among the summit audience.

It is most useful for established eDiscovery and legal technology professionals who value peer conversation over product demos, since the program centres on peer-led panels and the attendee mix includes federal judges and industry leaders. The 20th anniversary at a Maui resort and a close-knit community of long-standing members make it a relationship event, so newcomers seeking a broad, low-cost introduction to the field, or vendors wanting high volumes of leads, would get less from it.

Attendees at legal technology gatherings at beach resorts usually wear resort casual, such as linen shirts, sundresses or chinos, with slightly smarter outfits for any evening celebration.
