Greater Des Moines Partnership Regional Summit 2026

Greater Des Moines Partnership Regional Summit 2026 took place Thursday, October 8, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Greater Des Moines Partnership Regional Summit 2026 took place at the EMC Expo Center in Downtown Des Moines.

Public, private and nonprofit leaders from across Greater Des Moines attended the summit.

It was most useful for business, civic and nonprofit leaders in the Des Moines area who wanted to meet regional peers, since the agenda centred on economic growth, talent and collaboration, and Dominic Williams of McKinsey & Company's Institute for Economic Mobility was scheduled to keynote on AI and regional economies. Technical specialists or out-of-state professionals wanting deep sector content would have got less from it, because this was a one-day regional leadership gathering running from morning to early evening, with awards at lunch.

Attendees at regional chamber and economic development summits usually wear business casual to business professional, such as suits or blazers with slacks, and a coat was sensible for an October day in Des Moines.
