IAAPA Expo 2026

IAAPA Expo 2026 is held at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), 9400 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. The show uses the OCCC's North and South buildings and adds a new West Building for 2026.

IAAPA Expo does not publish attendee or exhibitor totals, but organizers are promoting the 2026 edition as the largest Expo yet and are expanding into a new West Building at the Orange County Convention Center to meet exhibitor demand that continues to exceed available space.

IAAPA Expo draws attractions operators, suppliers, investors, and developers from theme parks, family entertainment centers, zoos, aquariums, museums, and resorts. Registration is open to attractions industry professionals and members of the media.

It is most useful for attractions operators, developers and suppliers who want to see new ride technology and meet exhibitors in person, since the floor is growing into a West Building at the Orange County Convention Center after demand outran space, and education sessions run alongside it. Small operators needing only a few vendors, or people outside the attractions trade, would find a show this large more than they need, as the main draw is a big exhibitor-facing floor with sponsorship tiers and a limited-capacity park event.

Attendees at large trade shows in Orlando usually wear business casual with very comfortable walking shoes, since the show floor runs long days. November in Florida is warm, so light breathable clothing works, with a layer for chilly convention halls.
