ICSC@Whistler 2027

The event takes place at Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

The organizer identifies innovators, dealmakers, changemakers, and marketplaces industry professionals as its audience.

It is most useful for landlords, developers, brokers and retailers who already work the same region and want deal-focused conversations in a small setting, since the ICSC@ series is a regional gathering of dealmakers held at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Professionals who need a national view of the shopping centre industry, or a large exhibit floor with many prospects, would get less from a regional event of this kind.

Attendees at retail real estate meetings usually wear business casual, with blazers and collared shirts for meetings and receptions. A late January resort setting in Whistler calls for warm layers and footwear that copes with snow when moving between venues.
